- Buy Pro Lifetime and copy the license key from the email.
- In Chrome, open TabHalo, then Rules & colors.

Questions
Does it need an account? No. Only the license key.
Does it work offline? Yes. TabHalo checks your license again about once a week and keeps working for 30 days if it can't reach the license server.
What data is sent? Only your license key and a random device name, to Polar, when you activate and when the license is re-checked. Never your tabs or browsing. See the privacy policy.
